Packaging:
Both the Bone China & Ceramic Earthenware mugs are despatched in protective Polystyrene Mug Boxes to ensure they are received in good order.

All designs are either full wrap-around or have the design placed on both the front and back sides of the mug.

Despatched using Evri tracked service which has a base rate of £2.80 for anything up to 1 kg and includes cost of packaging. Prices then increase based on a rate table for 1-2kg, 2-5kg, 5-10kg & 10-15kg. 
Once despatched, Evri aims to deliver in 2 - 4 working days (not guarenteed.)

Express UK delivery
Despatched using Evri tracked Express service which has a base rate of £3.30 for anything up to 1 kg and includes cost of packaging. Prices then increase based on a rate table for 1-2kg, 2-5kg, 5-10kg & 10-15kg. 
Once dispatched, Evri aims to deliver within 1 - 3 working days (not guarenteed.)

All of the mug types offered have a high gloss finish and are dishwasher proof and microwave safe.

Both the Ceramic & Fine bone china man mugs are incredibly durable and do not require much additional care apart from standard cleaning.

That said, if used frequently to drink very strong tea or coffee the mug may become stained on the inside. This is especially true for the fine bone china mugs.

So here's a top tip for keeping your mugs brilliantly white.
To remove stubborn stains fill the mug with warm water and add some baking soda, denture tablets or a little bleach and leave to soak for a couple of hours.
Once clean ensure you wash the mug thoroughly before reuse.
